SO last night in the middle of my throwing up routine I drank half a glass of water - then proceeded to throw that up too. I’m so afraid to drink coffee or eat my oatmeal. I really really don’t want to throw up at work but, oh god, I’m running at like half the speed I normally do. BED PLEASE.
